30-day money back guarantee

If the dress is not right for you, request a return within 30 days of delivery and we refund the full price of the item.

Condition

The dress must be unworn, unwashed, free of perfume, make-up and stains, with the original tags attached.

How to start a return

1. Email support@maxicollective.com with your order number and the reason.
2. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the dress back and send us the tracking number.

Return shipping

Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or was the wrong item — in that case we cover it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to display it.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Tell us in your return email and we send the replacement as soon as the original is on its way back.

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not shipped.
