Orders

An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if the item is unavailable or if a pricing error occurred.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the item only; duties and local taxes may be charged on delivery. Payment is handled through Shopify's secure checkout.

Discount codes

Promotional codes such as SUMMER15 apply to the item price, cannot be combined with other offers, and can be withdrawn at any time.

Product information

Maxi Collective sells a single product: the Charlotte Ruched Maxi Dress, offered in eight colours and sizes XS-XL. We describe it as accurately as we can. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements can vary by up to one inch.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy and returns by our 30-day money back guarantee.

Intellectual property

All text, photography and design on this site belong to Maxi Collective and may not be reused without permission.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the product you purchased. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
