Shipping policy
Every Charlotte ships free, worldwide. Here is exactly what to expect after you place your order.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 8-14 business days after dispatch. Remote destinations and customs checks can add a few days.
Cost
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we serve. No minimum spend.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you receive an email with a tracking number. If it has not arrived within 5 business days of your order, write to us and we will check it for you.
Customs and duties
Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. These are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong or incomplete address
Contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you need to correct your address. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot reroute it.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or refund you in full.
